1. I want to start off by reminding everyone that starting in July, I’ll be moving to 1 post a month schedule. I’m currently in the process of updating my previous posts with printing recipe links. I have no desire to dump a bunch of posts on my subscribers so I’m releasing the updates weekly.
2. I’m sure I’ve mentioned before that I’ve been working on a memoir of my health and food journey. I have a detailed plan to publish and market it on my own, but first I thought I’d take a shot of submitting it to a publisher. 15+ years of fiction has not prepared me for pitching or querying a nonfiction piece and I only recently learned that I may need to submit a proposal so I’m going to be busy with all of that for a while.
3. I’ve been treading lightly with the use of my Knauthentic brand, but I’ve recently learned that all my paperwork has been approved and I’m very close to securing my trademark for the next 10 years. With that, I’ve publicly launched my Knauthentic Consultation services. They been around privately. It’s just something I’m putting out there in case someone thinks I might be able to help them. It’s not currently my major focus, but who knows what the future holds.
