I eat very little meat, but I do eat it when I feel the need. Olive oil is always my first choice for something on my bread--garlic is part of that with oregano. And then veggies are a big part of my diet. Seems like we share a lot of the same food choices.
I'll have to try out miso. I haven't seen it (or any tofu) in the grocery store, but I can always ask at a health food shop. Most tofu food items are already processed and packaged...
